About Slate

Eclipse, alongside a Consortium of 11 organisations, will deliver a programme supporting over 1200 black artists in the North; generating long-term career sustainability for Black artists by increasing access to local, national and international networks and opportunities.

The programme is designed to support Black (broadest sociopolitical context) artists in
the North by offering:

-Training
-Development
-Commissions
-Residencies
-Retreats
-Production space

The Enablers (who are listed on the left) are in place to support artists to generate long term career sustainability in the independent sector through supporting their practice and development.

This is a ground-breaking new programme that will see those who participate work on a local,
national and international level.

To discuss your project, your ideas or your development with Eclipse please don't hesitate to contact the Enablers at: [email protected]

Also join Eclipse's mailing list to be the first to hear about the many opportunities that become available through Slate.
