Eclipse is looking for an Assistant Producer to join our busy office in Yorkshire.

The Assistant Producer will work alongside the Artistic Director and Chief Executive, Executive Director and General Manager to support the delivery of the company’s activities. This is a hands-on, full time, fast paced role through which you will gain new skills and real time experience across a wide range of projects. Development and mentorship all form part of the company’s offer for all of its team members. You will work in a busy but small producing team across: commissioning programmes, national small and middle scale touring, fundraising, digital campaigning, artist development and social media. 

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate a clear commitment to a career in the arts, who has a particular interest in the work Eclipse does and would like to join the company as we grow with new international projects. This position is suitable for someone who has had at least 3-6 months experience working in the arts, such as through a traineeship or apprenticeship, or who is looking for a sector or industry change into the arts.

Following the success of this year’s debut Revolution Mix national tour, the “dazzling” (***** The Stage) Black Men Walking, Eclipse is now looking for a vibrant and ambitious Company Stage Manager for our second Revolution Mix national tour.

Working closely with Artistic Director and CEO Dawn Walton and the creative team to lead this production, this key role is pivotal to the success of the tour of this bold new production.

Eclipse is the UK’s foremost Black*-led production company, at the vanguard of delivering diverse programming in theatre, film and radio across the country and is a National Portfolio

Organisation funded by Arts Council England. Revolution Mix is our movement to spearhead the largest ever national delivery of new Black British productions, sharing untold Black British histories with diverse audiences nationwide.
