To work in a busy but small producing team across: commissioning programmes, national small and middle scale touring, fundraising, digital campaigning, artist development and social media.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate a clear commitment to a career in the arts, who has a particular interest in the work Eclipse do, and would like to join the company during an exciting period of growth.

The Assistant Producer will work alongside the Artistic Director (F/T), General Manager (F/T) and Executive Producer (P/T) to support the delivery of the company’s activities. This is a hands on, fast paced role through which you will gain new skills and real time experience across a wide range of projects. Development and mentorship all form part of the company’s offer for all of its team members.

This position is suitable for someone who has had at least 3-6 months experience working in the arts, such as through a traineeship or apprenticeship, or who is looking for a sector or industry change.

Eclipse Theatre Company are interested in drawing up a list of stage management from sectors within the stage management community that at present are underrepresented, we are particularly keen to hear from Black, Asian, Minority Ethnic stage management for future tours on UK Theatre Subsidised Equity contracts.
