Eclipse is seeking an ambitious Executive Director. This senior management role will work closely with our Artistic Director/CEO to lead the company during a pivotal time in our development. As Eclipse shifts from national to international, this exciting leadership opportunity will play a key role in shaping our future.

The successful candidate will be an exceptional collaborator who is excited by enabling bold and multi-artform ideas.

Eclipse is the UK’s foremost Black-led production company, at the vanguard of delivering diverse programming in theatre, film and radio across the country. Led by Artistic Director/CEO Dawn Walton, Eclipse is a National Portfolio Organisation funded by Arts Council England. In recognition of the growth of the company, Eclipse was awarded a 66% uplift in the latest Arts Council funding round.

It is our mission to use the Black British experience to create new work that will enrich Britain’s mainstream media. Over the last four years Eclipse has been developing and growing two unique national and international movements: Revolution Mix and Slate: Black. Arts. World.
