A session led by consultant and changemaker David Bryan that explores the ways that Black* artists can take and benefit from opportunities for collaboration and being ‘stronger together’; the afternoon includes a discussion and tips on how one might find and make use of resources and incorporate the essential elements of wellbeing that can help safeguard against burn out and encourage longevity and thriving.

Stay around to meet your local, regional and international Enablers, talk to them about your projects and hear from them about what they have been developing, and why the role is important for artists and the arts sector in the current times.

This event is born from a collaboration between Eclipse's current Slate programme, a movement in the North of England that is supporting thousands of Black independent artists by increasing access to local, national and international networks, and new developmental project Slate World which brings together Enablers and Artists based in the UK, Netherlands and Portugal to collaborate to widen opportunities for Black artists within Europe.
